Can anyone confirm if the Pei Plan model is still on exhibit in the Cox Convention Center? I've also found online that it was supposed to have been moved to The Downtown Metropolitan Library. I have found nothing online confirming it's current location. I'd love to take a gander at it.

Well, it's no longer in Cox Convention Center.

I was involved in model's display. The exhibit was a joint project between the City of Oklahoma City, Retro Metro OKC and the Oklahoma City/County Historical Society. The second display was relocated to City Hall after complications arose on bringing the model into the library (which we later learned could have been overcome). The model is owned by the City/County Historical Society, and sadly, it's leadership at the time chose to put the model back in storage. That leadership has since changed, and there is a chance it could return for permanent display at a future time.

Would be a nice exhibit for the future OKC History Museum in the old Film Exchange building :-)
