Ground was broken on the site of the Presbyterian Health Foundation Research Park in July of 2004 for our custom designed multi-product 44,000 sq. ft. cGMP production facility and our process development laboratories opened for business in 11,000 sq. ft. of adjacent class A wet lab space in January 2005.

In January 2014, Cytovance announced plans to construct a new 30,000 sq. ft. greenfield facility to house the GMP warehousing operations and future manufacturing expansions. The new facility is located at 3500 N. Sante Fe Rd. in Oklahoma City, just three miles north of our existing facilities. This new building will come on line in mid-2014.

Is OU kicking tenants out of the PHF Research Park?

This is addition to their headquarters, not instead of.

They have a ton of space in the research park scattered over four buildings.

They are opening this facility with the Governor attending a ribbon cutting today. I am anxious to see this facility.

Interesting that they are not located in the Bio-Research district. And who said OKC isn't diversifying...?

I don't think this is a relocation. They still have their other facility in the HSC, right? This is just an expansion I think.

Cytovance Biologics continues to expand. They have started work on a second 30,000 sq.ft. facility at the corner of NE 30th and N Oklahoma Ave, less than 1/2 mile from their facility that opened last year. This new building, at 100 NE 30th St, will mostly be warehouse with a small amount of office space up front.
