Looks like a total loss per the transcript.

Sad. Time to find a new endless enchilada location (though it will absolutely not be the one on I-240.)

I hope they rebuild. Ed Noble Parkway doesn't need another vacant lot.

I hope they rebuild as well, but if they also relocate within the community, that won't bother me one little bit.

that whole area will soon enough be vacated as university north park continues to cannibalize the area.

This exactly. IMO, that entire area just needs to be redeveloped into mixed use house and offices. Concentrate all the retail up in UNP. I would say shut the mall down too and fill in all those stores in UNP, but that's asking a bit much and this isn't SimCity. LOL

I disagree on shuttering the mall venture. So long as the world continues to breed mall rats, I want them to have their own habitat, lest they start foraging in places I frequent.

I just learned that Norman's On The Border will not be rebuilding in Norman after the fire.

I'll survive, as we have a few options in town that are dang good, and have for some time. Hopefully those who worked there will land on their feet if they have not already done so.

I think Tarahumara's is much better anyway.

The best place for Mexican food in Norman that you've probably never been to? El Chapala ...it is without a doubt the best in Norman. It blows Tarahumara's out of the water. It's in that strip center commonly known as Cancer Corner over by the dorms. It's been open less than a year and it is fantastic. Try it out next time you're in Norman wanting some Mexican food...be sure to order their queso, it isn't free but its way better than the watered down garbage like what you would find at Ted's.

Anybody ever eat at the roach coach on HWY 9 and 24th West?

I heard that they will not be rebuilding on that site.
