We have a dog that needs to be put on Tylosin and it is only available in powder form He is a very picky eater and the change of him downing this unless it was in capsule form is nil.

FLOURISH Pharmacy is the one in north Oklahoma City. The just moved from May Avenue to a brand new stand-alone building just north of the Dick's Sporting Goods on Pennsylvania between Memorial and 150th Street (same side of street as Target and Dicks, but a about a block north).
