Anybody know if Hideaway pizza is can be franchised? Or are they totally corporate owned

I believe there is the original location in Stillwater, then another company (essentially a franchise) owns the other 14-15 Hideaways.

But I don't think it's a situation where they are offering franchises to anyone else.

If they did I want one in my kitchen so I could eat pizza all of the time.

I want one in Moore so bad it's killing me....

In truth I would like one out west. The Mustang-Yukon area is big enough to support it.

They have six in both Tulsa and OKC, yet OKC is 30-35% larger.

If Tulsa can support 6, OKC could support at least 8.

That's Fraa-gee-lee. If you've ever dropped your boxed pizza your bringing home you know what I mean.

Hell Purcell supports three pizza restruants. And all SW okc and Moore has is chain garbage with exception of Sandros in Moore which is so so.

The "Big Country" is my favorite pizza at Hideaway.

I confess, I've never been even though a dear friend of mine from high school works for them. I clearly need to check it out.

Perhaps because it's . . . . . FRAN-CHEESE-Y?

I definitely like Hideaway. We used to go to the one in Stillwater all the time when I live up there. What I really want is a Beau Jo's. One thing I miss from Colorado.

Try harder next time.

Yeah . . . I know (and I will).
My quip was like trying to open a Totino's Pizza Roll Franchise in Krebs.

I'd love for them to build a Hideaway down in Moore.

In all honesty, the outparcel at SW 104th and May right here in OKC would be a PERFECT spot for a brand new Hideaway Pizza (SHAMELESS HINT). With all the residential and upcoming new apartments going in at that location, it seems a can't miss proposition. Heck, if I had the kind of $$ it took, I'd look into it myself :)

Been to that Purcell pizza place once and was entirely unimpressed.

I second the 104th & May location Dave!

Hey Garin, I actually talked to them on Facebook the other day and suggested they should take the Bent River location and open a Hideaway in Moore. Their response was "No plans currently to head to Moore, but thanks for keeping an eye out for us. You never know what the future holds." Of course they probably wouldn't say they were looking at Moore even if they were, but I sure would love to see them in our area.

That would be a perfect spot

This is correct.
