The old daycare has been torn down. Anyone know what's going here? My first guess is the church next door bought it.

According to the Cleveland County Assessor website, looks like maybe a Spay/Neuter Clinic. Looks like they purchased the property October 2013.

Speaking of 4th and Santa Fe, does anyone know what's going in just south of 4th? They are building a new construction metal frame building on the East side of Santa Fe. It looks like it could be a 3 or 4 store strip mall.
