OnCue bought that 2.3 acres on 9/9/13 for $1,507,500.

Is that a new OnCue gas station/everything you need,
going in at NW 150th and May??

OnCue is pretty secretive about their property purchasing. If you know the address of the lot, you can search it on the country assessor. I've found what they do is +1 to number address, then form an LLC under that name. For example, if they bought 21300 NW 150th, you'll likely find the owner of that lot is 21301 NW 150th LLC.

Back in 1996 when I lived near this intersection (in the apartments to the west) I wished for a station on this very corner. At long last it's finally happening. For all the good it does me now. :-P

QuikTrip better move to town before OnCue makes enough money here to move into QT's markets ;) /wishful-thinking

The more OnCues the better, wish they would build a little further North. Seems like they are trying to be every other mile near the turnpike.

One thing about OnCues and 7-11s that I wish they'd do - make a dedicated turn lane (left and right, if possible) for them wherever they open 'cos they're all so busy that they kind of jam traffic up anywhere they are. During evening rush hour, this intersection is already getting messier going north because of all the left-turners (no middle turn lane) going into Jimmy John's and Papa Murphy's, and all the left-lane-turner-avoiders coming out of the left lane into the right lane (with no signal, usually, and going about 5 MPH)...
