There is dirtwork going on for the outparcel at the NE corner of the Warren development, anyone know what it is? As far as I know there wasn't a structure on this lot before the tornado.

When you've got Bob Mills hawking a freaking mattress for $1,800, and there are apparently plenty of takers, tells the whole world there's lots of gravy in that particular market. Lots. And hence you see Sleep Centers all over town.

I can confirm that this construction is indeed a new Mathis Brothers Sleep Center.

It isn't just OKC, its everywhere. Mattress chains all open up close to each other to compete. Mattresses must be a business with huge profit margins because a lot of them are rarely busy yet they seem to make it.

The older you get the more you realize a good night's sleep is really important. A lot of baby boomers are tired.

plus the are nice looking buildings too. But I'm sad at the fact it isn't a nice sit down place. We can only hope they will put some more restaurants in down the line...

I would like to see hideaway pizza come to Moore some else said the old bent river/ pobalnos would be the perfect spot.

And yes, the Fritts had a lot of farmland they decided to open up for development. Wise decision on their part.
