That may be a 7-11. I know there are plans for one at that intersection, and they've been filing permits and such with the city.

It's a fairly large development.

I inquired at the liquor store; they think it's a new office park.

I work right next to there and Matt Wilson is building more offices

It makes me want to cry every time I drive by there.Agreed, it would be nice to see these native Oak Trees(black jacks and other scrub Oaks) kept and incorporated into the landscaping. They are the best trees around I've seen and they can withstand nearly any windspeed.
