There are two activities occurring on or near this intersection. Just west of this intersection, on the south side of 29th, there is a building that is up, but not finished. Also, there is dirt work happening on the northeast corner of the intersection. Does anybody know what's up here?

The State of Oklahoma owns the entire quarter-section on the SW corner of SW 29th & MacArthur. There is one existing 60,000 square foot building that is leased to Norandex Building Materials and Bridgestone. I believe they have built another shell structure for lease just to the east of that.

There have been no building permits for the NE corner.

BTW, immediately west of the State land, Hobby Lobby just pulled an $8.8 million building permit for yet another huge warehouse. I'll do an update on their empire soon -- it's pretty incredible.

Wow I looked forward the hearing about about Hobby Lobby. They are building a ton lately. Good progress has been made over on council.
