I have many fond memories of the old mall, especially the theater.

But that was a long, long time ago.

My wedding reception was at Alberta's Tea Room 27 years ago. We have some great photos with the wrought iron stair case. Remember sneaking down to the bar downstairs with my groomsmen for a groomsmen shot.

The complex is fully-leased apart from the 2nd level above Burlington.

I don't see that second floor being leased out anytime soon. Maybe useful as a cube farm/call center? I think there is a stairwell and emergency exit inside Burlington right next to the Dollar Tree that they are not using.

Petco is apparently closing.
