A relative of my wife passed away recently and I noticed the death notice disclosed she owned and operated McHenry's Restaurant in Oklahoma City.

I moved from Oklahoma City in 1966 and don't recall a McHenry's Restaurant. Anybody have any information as to where it was located, good, bad?

It was on SW 59th, just west of Western.

That building has been a lot of things since it was McHenry's.

It was a diner for years (forget the name), a tortilla factory, a Van's Pig Stand, and now a pho restaurant.

As far as I can tell, McHenry's closed sometime in the 70's.
