'Lawrence of Arabia' Star and Hollywood Icon Peter O'Toole Dies (http://movies.yahoo.com/blogs/movie-news/lawrence-arabia-star-hollywood-icon-peter-o-toole-190049803.html)
Tom Laughlin, Star of ?Billy Jack,? Dead at 82 (http://movies.yahoo.com/news/tom-laughlin-star-billy-jack-dead-82-212410321.html)
Billy Jack and Lawrence of Arabia are two my favorite movies. Wasn't Tom Laughlin blacklisted from Hollywood back in the day if memory serves correct?

I just remember Peter O'Toole from the original Fright Night.

Although Peter O'Toole is best known for "Lawrence of Arabia" . . .
I would suggest that his finest performance was in "The Lion In Winter".
That is simply my opinion (and Kate Hepburn plus that Hannibal Lector dude prob'ly propped him up a bit).
("My Favorite Year" was no slouch neither . . . yet . . . =)
Give a real actor the right words and they can even morph into John Wayne.
Give a real actor the wrong words and they morph into Jack Nicholson. =)
Peter will charm his way through the pearly gates, John will spin kick them open.

I never claimed to be Bruce Lee, nor will I ever so claim. =)
I'm for real. Not a good actor.
(oh! sorry: my name is john, too!
i misunderstood to whom you were referring.
John Wayne's real name was "Marion" something or other)
Indirect Connection: Peter O'Toole missed The Oscar to John Wayne for "True Grit".
Jeff Bridges' version of Rooster Cogburn was even better. =)
