There is some facelift work being done to the building which is just North of 122 on MacArthur. Any idea what is going in?

Thanks for putting intersection in notes as N. Macarthur is a very long road and has multiple Carl's Jr on it.

Looks like they also have roasted chicken. I'm looking forward to trying it.

Does anyone know the status of this location? There hasn't been any work done for quite a while now.
