This was needed IMO but I just hope they spend the money on what was vote for.
Years ago the city council didn't build a north side sewage plant that was voted for, I believe twice?
It's hard to build very much trust on any city issue when they deviate from what the citizens thought they were voting for.

While I grew up in Norman, I don't currently live there. However, the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago I did drink some water. Was I doing something illegal? :D
