Anybody know what is going in to the old Circuit City on Shields. They have gutted the entire building and are in the process of giving it a facelift.

National Stores Inc. is a family-owned, family-oriented company that was established in 1962 and grew from a single store in downtown Los Angeles to more than 200 convenient locations in five states: California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada. National Stores Inc. off-price stores include: Fallas Paredes, Fallas Discount Stores, Fallas Kid Stores and Factory 2U. Our stores offer a big selection of quality brand name and private label clothing for men, ladies, boys, girls, juniors, infants and toddlers along with lingerie, shoes and home decor. Our philosophy is "First place to shop! First place to save!" and we are committed to providing quality merchandise while keeping our prices the lowest anywhere. We are conveniently located in power strips, specialty centers and downtown areas in the same neighborhoods and smaller communities our customers and our employees call home! :: Fallas :: Discount stores (http://www.factory2-u.com/) http://www.factory2-u.com/images/pic22.gif http://www.okctalk.com/images/pete/fallas.jpg bombermwc 11-07-2013, 08:13 AM So if i see this right, it's sort of like a mix between a Burlington and a Big Lots. Not a bad idea for the area considering how successful the Burlington has been in the same parking lot. I'm glad it's being turned into SOMETHING, rather than just a Halloween shop. Zuplar 11-08-2013, 11:00 AM It's something different and it occupies the building. Fine in my book. SomeGuy 11-12-2013, 12:09 PM Fallas could be interesting and hopefully it does well. I'd like to see one on NW 23rd and meridian too. Roger S 08-01-2019, 10:01 AM This building is now being converted to a Harbor Freight. Martin 08-01-2019, 10:14 AM This building is now being converted to a Harbor Freight. oh... i think that will work well in that spot. Roger S 08-01-2019, 10:45 AM oh... i think that will work well in that spot. They'll definitely get more of my money there.... It's right on my way home from work and I hate having to cross Shields to go to Home Depot. Zuplar 08-01-2019, 10:59 AM Awesome. ChrisHayes 08-01-2019, 07:42 PM I look forward to a Harbor Freight down here. I live near OCCC and it's incredibly inconvenient to have to go to Midwest City or MacArthur and Reno to go to Harbor Freight. They'll get good business down here. |
