Anyone know what's going in here. This is more off Meridan, but approximately the northwest corner. Looks like a big building, but also has a nice building in front. Maybe something like a machine shop or something. Any ideas?

If it is between 104 and 119, it is some type of rubber manufacturer plant is what I was told.

I'm guessing this is one of the few things that can be over there since it's in the flight path of the airport. It seems like there isn't anything North of where this is.

People confuse distance to the airport as a restriction....

Height restrictions are a lot less restrictive than people think. The main deterrent of development around airports is the airport itself: noise.

Yeah this is what I was getting at. I didn't know how much south of 104th the airport owned.

Just wanted to update that this project is really coming along. Ton of warehouses out there now. Also looks like they are moving some dirt over by Williamson Farms. I've always thought they might put a strip center at that corner. I believe it is zoned commercial.
