What is it and why doesn't it work? It brings up this message

I'm guessing it has to do with whoever posts the most or who has the most authority on the site(ie. Pete and MMM). Just curious, not really a big deal. I'm just nosy and like to know about small stuff like that :p If anyone knows though, thanks in advance! :)

I've often wondered this myself and each time have received the same message.

It's supposed to show a list of moderators but had some sort of bug.
