Came across some nice pics from the 5th Annual 'Tapas At Twilight' event in Shawnee.

Held at St. Gregory's, this dinner featured only locally grown, raised or produced food and drink.

Interesting to see Shawnee working on this kind of stuff. Bike routes going in along with curbside recycling.
About 12 years ago I visited Shawnee a number of times. I liked the town. It somewhat reminded me of an earlier, smaller Edmond from my youth (not the big trafficy place it has become).
