Pretty sure this is a franchise... There is another location at 33rd & Broadway in Edmond:

bchris02 09-22-2013, 10:48 PM All About Cha is an excellent coffee shop, probably the best I am aware of in the OKC area. This is good for Western. Hopefully there is a downtown OKC location some day soon. It would be an excellent addition to Midtown.
I would really like to see them expand all over the metro to give Starbucks some real competition.
Mr. Cotter 09-23-2013, 02:08 PM Great news. This is one of the things I really liked in Edmond. This is still pretty far north for me, but I'll make the drive. It's Korean, and they have some different drinks in addition the standard espresso options. It is a franchise, but unless the owner has opened up more, this will only be the second one in the U.S. The owner of the Edmond location is who all U.S. franchise applications go through, and the last time I talked to him, there was still only the one.
I believe both locations are a franchise, so hopefully the franchisee will continue to seek new locations.
Would love to see something like this in Midtown.
Mr. Cotter 09-23-2013, 03:21 PM It would be a natural fit in the Asian District. I don't see it happening, but I'd love them to move into the Rainbow Records building at Classen and 23rd.
Rover 09-23-2013, 09:56 PM The one in Edmond was first in the US I believe. Other one is in Korea I think.
bchris02 09-23-2013, 10:02 PM I wonder how this will do on Western that far up. I may be wrong, but to me it seems like a poor location for this concept. Nonetheless, it's right by where I work so I'll probably be there frequently.
RadicalModerate 09-23-2013, 10:57 PM Someone needs to order a cup of tea (as pictured in the third photo of the first series, above) dump a ladle or two of polyurethane (or ambergris) over it, let it harden and use it as a Christmas tree ornament for many generations to come.
It's far too pretty to drink.
Why, someday it might even show up on a future version of Antiques Roadshow.
Say . . . Next to a napkin from Louie's and a coaster from McNellies . . .
On The Next Big Thing of Yesterday table. =)

It is too pretty to drink, and a bad time of night to see pictures like this. Are they 24/7 yet?

It's like a Japanese/Zen Meditation Garden in a Cup.
Go with a group of 7, order one, and spend about three hours staring at it.
The experience should probably set each person back only about twenty bucks.
Of course, there will be fights over the ornament after it's preserved, but so it goes . . .
Don't allow any Vegans into the art appreciation entourage on account of they will have some sort of sniveling complaint about the cream or whatever.

kjones 09-24-2013, 02:39 PM I agree with everyone. Best coffee shop by far in OKC... and if comes to midtown would be instant hit... hopefully prevent any starbucks from coming in...

This shows how much times have changed. Less than a decade ago, Starbucks was coveted in OKC. Today, they are like a McDonalds or a Subway. Its a perfect example of over-expansion cheapening a brand. All About Cha however is the real deal. Its the type of coffee shop that is a social hangout spot. I hope they do beat Starbucks into Midtown.
gurantula35 09-24-2013, 07:57 PM Love everything there. although it is fairly pricey, even compared to starbucks. Also wish they would stop going Chick fil A on us and actually be open sunday.

Not open on Sunday doesn't bother me since the owner is there all the time. They need a day off. If was a bunch of high school kids I would say def needs to be open. But I respect and love when owner is in there making my coffee and food. Guarantees better quality

okcdowntown 01-30-2014, 09:54 PM I'm pretty sure it's KOREAN, not Japanese.
silvergrove 02-01-2014, 11:17 AM They have good coffees and teas there, my favorites being the green tea lattes. I believe they are Korean, not Japanese style.
I wrote half of my PhD dissertation at All About Cha... too addicted to caffeine.
andrew3077 02-01-2014, 12:40 PM All About Cha on Western has been open for about a week now, open until 11 on weeknights, 12 on weekend-nights, and 9 on sunday. It's so great to have somewhere open this late AND on sundays too! Great design and very comfortable chairs for studying, too. 6541 6542
bchris02 02-01-2014, 01:50 PM Awesome. I am over there all the time and didn't realize it was open. I think 23rd St would be an excellent place for their next location.
Rover 02-01-2014, 03:46 PM I'm pretty sure it's KOREAN, not Japanese.
I have spoken to the owners in the Edmond store some time ago shortly after they opened. It is Korean and Edmond was first US location. Don't know if there are others in US since they opened though.
Urbanized 02-04-2014, 07:43 AM I agree with everyone. Best coffee shop by far in OKC... and if comes to midtown would be instant hit... hopefully prevent any starbucks from coming in...
There is already a Starbucks in Midtown. On 9th, just west of Walker.
betts 02-04-2014, 10:35 PM And we've already got Elemental and Coffee Slingers in Midtown and AA.
They are opening a new location on May just north of Memorial.
Not much progress at the Mideke location, other than having the space demised:

shawnw 01-26-2016, 10:03 AM That's disappointing, thought they'd be in a hurry...
kukblue1 06-13-2016, 03:31 PM So Is the downtown location not happening at all now? What is going on with that building in general?

No, it's happening. Very close to opening.

Edmond was the first location in the world I believe. They came over here to start a new business.
They opened today. Hours are 6AM to midnight every day but Sunday.
Should be a great addition to Bricktown.

They had a great group of chamber ambassadors there. The place is amazing.
Questor 07-09-2016, 10:30 PM Where exactly is this location? Is that on Sheridan?
dankrutka 07-10-2016, 07:39 AM Where exactly is this location? Is that on Sheridan?
It's on Main Street, right across from the Holiday Inn Express. It's in the bottom of the remodeled building for Tapstone Energy.
pw405 07-10-2016, 02:59 PM I've been going to the North May location and I really like this place. The pricing is a little on the higher end, but I still feel like it is a good value. A large coffee is $3.25 (IIRC), but they give a free refill. Not too shabby. The food is great too! Was very impressed by the sushi roll I got yesterday. It was enough for me and the GF to share.
Yes, very interesting mix of coffee, tea, sandwiches, other food and desserts.
Love that the Bricktown location stays open until midnight 6 days a week.
TheTravellers 07-10-2016, 04:35 PM Wife was looking at their desserts there a while ago, and found out from the person behind the counter they were shipped from California . Anybody know if they're still that way or do they do desserts local/in-house now?
jbkrems 07-10-2016, 08:46 PM Yes, MOST of the desserts at ALL the All About Cha locations are shipped from California. The exception is the made to order waffles with ice cream toppings.
TheTravellers 07-12-2016, 09:37 PM Thanks for the info, probably won't be getting any dessert there, then, will get it at one of the places that either does it in-house or buys locally.
Thomas Vu 07-13-2016, 12:54 AM Their waffle is the best thing there dessert wise anyway.
dankrutka 09-28-2016, 08:00 PM In town for a conference and I'm camping out here for the night to get work done. I absolutely love this place. Great ambience and an interesting menu. They're adding breakfast soon. Unfortunately, late night business has lagged and this is their only location that closes at 11pm. I actually came here because they were open the latest of any coffee shops I could find. I always tend to want places like this to keep late hours, but the people have to come...
Anyway, definitely check this place out.
jbkrems 09-28-2016, 09:40 PM The other locations in the city (e.g. Western Ave. and Quail Springs stores), are open until 12 midnight every day except Sundays, when they close at 10.
jbkrems 09-29-2016, 09:10 PM I am here tonight and they do have breakfast on their menu all day until 9pm. It is a great redemption of the old CityWalk club location. A place that used to known for crude behavior and violence towards women... is now a peaceful and cool coffee shop. :)
FighttheGoodFight 02-01-2017, 08:41 AM Opening a new one in Norman. Saw the sign today. It is on the West side of I-35 close to Sooner Mall on Main St.

Really? I am trying to picture where this would be. The only thing that comes to mind is the currently vacant grocery store in that area.
Questor 02-04-2017, 09:04 PM I came here to say I really love the Bricktown location. I am concerned that it never seems that busy though. If you're in the area you should check it out... they have great tea, sushi, wraps, and deserts.
dankrutka 02-04-2017, 09:34 PM The Bricktown location is fantastic. It's my favorite spot to work when I'm in OKC. Great ambience, service, and food/drinks. Definitely check them out.
