Wow, that's impressive. SoSA has become another pocket of downtown that locally important people are congregating, such as Mike Morgan, Bill Bleakely, many prominent architects, etc., and now Steve Mason.

Nice! Also glad that it isnt going to primarily be a concrete box. Good use of some brick and wood siding.

yeah...just now drove through this area...a lot of the "contemporary" homes left a lot to be desired. This one looks to be good and some of the other proposed ones like like they'll also be solid. Add in the Lisbon and I think some of the less quality structures in the area will be redeemed.

Was over by this home today and it's really going to be fantastic. The remodel next door is cool too! Very interesting area. Wonder what will eventually happen to that church on the corner across the street from these.
