If this should be on the Business section, please move it...but felt it was more aligned with transportation.Rockwell Collins to Buy Carlyle?s Arinc for $1.39 Billion - Bloomberg (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-08-12/rockwell-collins-to-buy-carlyle-s-arinc-for-1-39-billion.html)

The sale will close in 90 days. ARINC of course is the company who relatively recently built their maintenance facility on the east side of WRWA (and added a second hangar). They mainly service military upgrades such as the KC-10s (DC-10) that have been parked out there over the last few months.

Rockwell is bidding on work to provide avionic upgrades to Boeing for the 777s and recently won the contract for the displays on the 737. I wouldn't think it would be out of the realm of possibility that this is good news for additional work for the OKC facility down the line. Perhaps even allow them to continue expanding.
