It's getting better if you watch the correct shows. Remember this is the same medium that has given us "The Bachelor",
"The Bachelorette", and "Honey Boo Boo" in the last few years.

Shows I don't watch. I honestly like watching something I can learn from. Not junk tv. When my Grandkids ask later if I don't know the subject I waana be able to bs them to where they think I do.

Actually, one can learn something from any show that is on TV.
That lesson often involves how low the limits of intelligence can reach.
