Question to Today's Downtown Developers

If, 30 years from now, somebody tries to tear down what you build tomorrow, will anyone try to save it?

Great comment and food for thought. In the absence of knowing what may be considered historically significant in 30 years, the most critical determining factor will likely be the same as it is now... cost vs. benefit.
