I had the Oxtail Ravioli and Five Spice Fried Chicken..... Both were excellent and this restaurant will definitely be falling into my lunch rotation.

Even at just 22 reviews 100% on US is impressive.

Glad to hear the opening is going well!

I ate there in the evening with a friend. The menu is different but we both had great meals. Nothing I've tried has been less than exceptional.

Tonight we went for the first time. Two of the three things we ordered were very good. The pork chop was only ok. Manager was very attentive. All in all, we will be going back, but the jury is still out for me. I am glad someone is actually finally doing Aisian fusion.

Upstairs room is nice, but gets very loud quickly with the hard flat surfaces and little dampening.

Had dinner there with friends last night. . . everything was outstanding! Ginger chicken (2), duck, pork-chop (2), Seafood Combo (the toasted carrot cake "slab" under the ahi tuna and greens was a most unusual. . .and delicious. . .twist!). Were there early, so can't comment on noise level. Great food, great decor, super wait staff. . .will definitely be back!!

Wow! This place is outstanding.

In a hurry so I cannot write a detailed review but we had the oxtail ravioli and chicken lollipops for appetizers and they were both phenomenal.

We really enjoyed the Pork salad (can't remember name). The pork had an amazing char and the dressing was extraordinary.

The sushi and mains were also great. This is a top-level dining destination in OKC with seriously great Asian fusion cooking. Run, don't walk!

So pleased to hear all these raves.

The dining scene in OKC is improving almost weekly it seems.

After we ate there my wife and I discussed our theory that Guernsey Park will end up on the Food Network. It is a fabulous restaurant with a serious chef.

Enjoyed it. I was a little let down after hearing all of the raves. It was built up to be some sort of game changer when in reality, it's definitely on par with any of our newer restaurants like Packard's or Kitchen 324, but it's not the unique/special experience I was expecting. I'm a little concerned about its parking and location situation, but right now it seems to be doing fine.

What did you have? Also, what Asian restaurant in OKC is better / more creative?

Guess not. I can't even find the name of it because I couldn't find a lunch menu online.

I went there with my father. He had the five-spiced fried chicken and was not a fan. It was too greasy for him. Of course, he's almost 70 and a real picky eater, so I don't really value his opinion on food :)

Finally went here yesterday and we were absolutely blown away. Everything was absolutely perfect from the service to the appetizers, to the main course and then dessert. A-ma-zing. I had the salmon curry, my fiancee had the tofu with rice. We both told them to kick up the spice a bit and they happily obliged. Wish I had a picture of my entree but it was one of the best meals I've had in OKC, if not the best. Dessert was delicious too - carrot cake with cream cheese ice cream. YUM. Only thing is they don't have a liquor license at the moment so grab a drink before or after. Would be nice if they had a few more veg options, but hey one is better than most places in OK, and it was delicious. Can't wait to come back here.

That's the best part! Since they do not have a liquor license, they are allowing BYOB. I've brought a bottle of wine the last couple times I have gone and they will open it for you. By the way, the Korean Cowboy is amazing. Steak lovers should definitely try it out.

Not allowing BYOB at the moment - we clarified this inside. There's a sign on the door stating no alcohol allowed on the premises unfortunately. Stupid backward Oklahoma laws of course. Apparently a recent diner who works for the appropriate authorities went on a power trip when he saw people BTOB. They said hopefully in a month or so there will be alcohol allowed - needless to say I can't wait!

OKC is no longer even the OKC of 10 years ago, much less what it was when I moved here. It's almost breathtaking to contemplate how fast it is changing now. Guernsey Park is just one of many great dining options. When we moved here, there was a Roy Rodgers on 23rd, a little sandwich shop on Shartel and that was about it. It's interesting, because I lived directly behind Guernsey Park on 24th St. when we moved here. Our landlord owned the row of buildings that now houses Cuppies and Joes, Bubba's BBQ, etc.

Yes. We went Friday and had a great evening. The restaurant had several empty tables; wonder if people gave up on them getting their license.

I finally tried this place. Really good sushi and atmosphere. The seared beef carpaccio appetizer was fantastic. And after dinner you can walk over to Cuppie and Joe for dessert/coffee. Sort of an odd location but it seems to work, and the interior is beautiful/contemporary.

Yet another reason to love Guernsey Park...

They are putting in a big patio / beer garden in that great sunken, shady space to the east of their restaurant

This is just the start of work:

Ate there last night for the first time. What a cool place - don't know why I waited so long. Food, cocktails and service were all excellent and very reasonably priced. It's nice to have a place that has interesting dishes that aren't ridiculously expensive. I'll be back soon.

Will be located next to the Uptown Grocery at Covell & Kelly.

I feel like I am taking crazy pills as people talk about how much they liked it. When I went here I found it pretty underwhelming. The only thing I enjoyed was the chicken lollipops as an app. They only had beer when I went as well. I assume that has changed now.

The sushi was not too great. Better places in OKC.

I enjoy it quite a bit. Chicken Lollipops are my favorite as well. I've probably been 6 or 7 times, and have never considered the sushi. You should definitely try the pork chop, or the steak...as both of those are their specialty dish.

I've only been about 4-5 times now, but I have really enjoyed it every single time I've gone. The Korean Cowboy is a really good steak for a decent price ($23). The Seafood Nage, a stew, was excellent. However, felt it was slightly on the expensive side for what you get ($25). Also really liked the Chicken Lollipops, and the Oxtail Ravioli was pretty good too for apps. It's becoming one of my favs in OKC.

I just wanted to drop a line that there's a new executive chef of Guernsey Park and, subsequently, Covell Park. His name is Sam Salinas, and he's not only a good friend of mine but also an incredible chef with a clear, distinct vision for what he wants out of his cuisine and his kitchen. Expect great things to come, and a new, more focused menu going live sometime in early November if all goes according to plan.

It's my absolute favorite spot in OKC at the $15-25 price point, but I'll admit the Sushi is totally bland. Get the Korean Cowboy next time, you won't be disappointed. They may label themselves as Asian Fusion, but I would call it more Americana with an asian twist.

Love this place as well! Korean Cowboy is excellent and I felt it used to beat the best bang for your buck steak in town at $22-23. Went a couple weeks ago and price was raised to $27. Still delicious and worth it though.

I ate at Colvell Park last night.

The menu is slightly different than Guernsey; same owners, but different chefs.

I had the chicken lollipops and they were excellent. And for my entree, I had the spicy tofu and asked them to kick of the heat a little after being told it was only slightly spicy. It was very, very good with plenty of heat. Also had a cocktail (Ruby Red?) that was vodka based and really good.

Service was very friendly and attentive.

Being in Edmond, it's a different crowd but overall very good food and a sleek, modern setting.
