I am going to predict the Warriors win this series.
I'm leaning toward that, just because Curry is clutch and everyone has been contributing beautifully. But I do think the Spurs will win. I believe this is there peak, as old as they are, I think it goes down just like the Celtics in '08. But If the Spurs win, it'll be in 7, MAYBE 6. They won't sweep them, not going to happen

Spurs lose at home tonight to Golden State. Now, in spite of all of the hand wringing and heart palpitations by Thunder fans, we are in no better or worse situation than Miami or San Antonio.

Not sure that the NBA would be ecstatic over a Memphis-Golden State Western Finals matchup...Ratings wise

Pretty cool that every series is now 1-1.

This is the most interesting playoffs I can remember in a long time. Warriors peaking with Curry - Heat dropping game 1 - Thunder playing without Russell.


I am sure it would be more enjoyable without the last one, having Russell right now would make our group pretty terrifying.

San Antonio is lucky they don't swept. Warriors take series 4-1.

I am too lazy to find the posts, but back in December I remember several posters on here giving me the business for saying the Warriors would be for real come playoff time.

I think since they did the full surgery on Westbrook that he'll be out for a few months so him coming back is more than likely out of the question.

Is it even possible that Russell could be brought back to play? If I was ownership, I wouldn't have wanted to give the team a second to think that they were just waiting for Westbrook to come back and save them. So I would have announced that he was out for the rest of the playoffs. But if he has healed and is strong enough to play, it might be a good year to push the team and see if we can eek out a championship. Probably too soon yet though to make that call. Would want to see how the Heat ultimately do.

Pacers blew a great opportunity last night in Miami. Had the game won and let Lebron get a free lay-in with 2 seconds to go in overtime. They are going to be kicking themselves for that one for the rest of this series, I'm afraid.

I think West and Hibbert can give them problems. Should be a good series. Miami FINALLY has a real opponent.

If the Pacers can get game two, Miami will still win but probably in 6 or 7. Miami is also going to have to win at least one game in Indiana, even though the pacers are undefeated at home in the playoffs this year

The Pacers would still only be the 5-7th best team in the West. It's pretty crappy how Miami gets to waltz into the Finals without having to play the type of competition in the West. It's been like this since the Bulls dynasty ended though.

Honestly the Pacers should be going back to home with 2-0. Heat got luck with a terrible matchup in game1. Pacers control this series no doubt.

And Indiana defeats Miami again tonight to send it to a 7th game. I expect Miami to prevail but at least the Pacers are making them sweat while San Antonio is resting up.

I dont think anyone will ever get trired of winning a chamionship...look at the Celtic's early seasons...Bird, Russell, all of em never got tired of winning. But the heat cant win forever. I just want the Spurs to win because Tim, Manu and Tony will all slow down after that. Pop may leave anyway

Decent change the big 3 get broken up after next season because of the salary cap unless they win this year & next. Teams not named Dallas find a way to stay together after a title.

I heard a number of commentators say that after Miami's dominant win in the second game, they were showing how the series would be going and many though the Heat would win tonight also. Now Miami has to win 3 of the next 4 games against the Spurs and that's won't be an easy proposition no matter where the games are played.

I didn't hear many knowledgeable commentators saying that. Those that know the NBA knew it was unlikely the Spurs would go down lightly. I'd be surprised if the Heat went down lightly either though. It's shaping up to be a pretty good series.

Yeah, I laugh at The Heat, cause last night San Antonio's message was kinda like, "you trounce us at your place...guess what? we can do the same to you here...BOOO YAAAAAH!". Lebron and Dwayne looked so miserable last night on the bench and I was loving it!

You have to hand it to the Heat. They came back with a solid win tonight in San Antonio and have home court advantage back. This series has taken wild swings and I could still see anything happen. A win in the next game is a must for the Spurs, though.
