It looks like this hotel is really coming along. Does anyone know what brand it is going to be?

The building permit shows a Holiday Inn Express with about 84 rooms. The address is on S. Prospect Ave.

Thanks for clearing that up. I hope that they are planning to get rid of that crummy looking restaurant that will be right outside of their door.

Is that old Denny's still open in some format or another? I don't think it's been a Denny's in a couple of decades but I haven't a clue what it became, or if it became anything at all.

Yeah, It's called Chelio's Diner now.... It's not much to look at and I've never eaten there but it's received some decent reviews on Urbanspoon.
