I was recently searching on Zillow and found flats for pre sale at 3 & 16 NE 3rd. According to the address I think it would have to be built on lots platted for the Brownstones @ Maywood Park. Untitled Artspace is 1 NE 3rd. Are they moving away from brownstones to build flats on part of the development? The flats are 1 and 2 bedroom ranging from 207k to 270k. Zillow has floor plans & elevations. I saw some website calling them Flats at Maywood Park, but I can't find where I saw that now.

They are going to look like Brownstones on the outside but inside of being single homes - they will be 3 units with different owners.
