See below, any ideas on a venue that may fit the needs for this event?

As you know KIDesign is an event we do each year that teaches 1st – 6th graders about Architecture. The past two years we have held the event at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art but this year the space is not available to we are in search of a new location. We would love for the location to remain downtown as this allows for a walking tour for the older class. We need three separate rooms for the classes that can hold 20 children and allow for tables and chairs for their hands on activities. We have looked at the library, Sandridge and Devon all of which are not available.

Any thoughts or ideas on where we might hold the program? It is Saturday April 13th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. so we would need access to the room by 8:30 and would be out by 2:30.

Have you checked with the Sheraton?

Oklahoma City Meeting Hotel | Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel (http://www.sheratonokc.com/meeting-floor-plans)

The Skirvin is also a possibility.

The Coca Cola Events Center doesn't have the multiple rooms that were requested.
