Is there any park in the metro that has a lighted trail and/or is safe after dark? I live in Edmond but am willing to drive to find what I am looking for. I want to start running again and don't want to have to join a gym just to use the elliptical if I don't have to. Thanks for any suggestions.

I run/bike all the time in Hafer and have never had a problem. Around 1-3am in the morning to be exact. Every once in awhile you might have some idiots smoking pot and acting stupid, but I have yet to be assaulted. I do carry though.

Pretty cold right now to be running at night, but Mitch Park has SOME lights on the back end. But I wish they would light the entire trail.
