On the very corner is a Conoco... On Cue owns all the land shown in yellow below:

They already demo'd the old conoco. I guess the restaurant next door will stay?

On Cue actually sold that property to the restaurant owner after acquiring it a year earlier.

Probably decided they didn't need it for their plans.
