Pretty small apartments. Total building is 7,290 SF, less common areas, that's around 500 sf of living area?

Who is their target audience?

I know a fellow airmen living there and a couple of other younger people. The inside is pretty neat, the brick walls you see on the outside are combined with the interior drywall on the inside. I think rent starts somewhere around 500-600. The inside has a very urban feeling. Their offices are in the building next door.

Is there vacancy at the Florence?

I believe they are all studios.

There was one a little bit ago, not sure anymore. I know some people pop in and out over there, based on school schedules. The OU health sciences campus isn't too far away.

they put the sign out front when a vacancy pops up .. it never lasts for more than a few days ..
