I know the Rudy's BBQ in Austin dells smoked turkeys for the holidays, might check to see if the Norman location does. Might also check some of the other BBQ places.

I think that Van's in Norman will smoke a turkey for you.

Check with Smokey's BBQ & Diner (http://okbbqea.blogspot.com/2011/08/my-butt-got-smoked-at-smokeys-bbq-diner.html). I think they did it last year.

The best smoked turkeys on the planet are from Greenburg Smoked Turkeys of Tyler, Texas. The URL is GobbleGobble.com Greenberg Smoked Turkeys (http://www.gobblegobble.com/)

Opening that box when it arrives is like opening a Christmas present!

Ooh, that looks good.

I may have to go this route sometime soon, although I finally perfected my brining method and my last turkey was pretty awesome.

The biggest problem is it hogging the oven all day while trying to get other things ready.

Don't know your location but I think Loyd's in Purcell does a few turkeys for customers if you catch them in time.
