Noticed they were open Monday (their 1st day). I think they decided to do a soft opening (no advertising). I went there fully expecting an Opening Day catastrophe, but it was a very nice dining experience, with only a couple minor issues. I ordered 2 rolls (California and Cucumber) I didn't try the California roll, but the cucumber had way too much cucumber. Anyways, I also ordered the Gyoza. Somebody needs to explain to them the difference between Gyoza and pot stickers. We ordered off the hibachi menu. Our chef was very entertaining and food was some of the best in OKC. Hate to say it, but my brother was a tepanyaki chef at several restaurants (including 1 over hyped place on Western) and this was better. Hopefully Mustang will be able to support this place. I enjoyed it.

I'd suggest they do a buffet with some of the popular menu items. I don't think enough people in town are all that familiar with Japanese dishes.

Where in Mustang is this located? I can't say I've seen any signage.
