I need some help.

What is the current "head count", room count, and business aspects that give the proposed streetcar route "weight" at each end of the line? When we first came up with the proposed route, we thought that the new Edge Apartments and the existing Deep Deuce Apartments would serve as legitimate "anchors" for the current proposed streetcar rail alignment.

Now those neighborhoods have blown up. I don't think we "subcommittee/consultants" have an up-to-date record of what is existing, just coming online, and proposed.

To start-

1. The original Deep Deuce has 300 apartments. How many are in the new LEVEL?
2. How many rooms will the aLoft hotel have?

The consultants are just getting started on new analysis. This exercise will be of great help to make sure we haven't missed anything.

I believe Pete may have detailed info in the "wiki" section in the threads for each development. I'm on my phone or else I'd help look those up but that is what first comes to my mind.

True. But I think we need an actual check list of what is built or presumably going to be built in the Deep Deuce/Bricktown and the Midtown "ends of the line." Anything within a three block radius of essentially the new Edge Apartments and the Deep Deuce/Walnut street bridge.
