It is against crappy Iowa State and crappy Frogs, anybody can limit those teams to 14 points, you should watch Oklahoma's State defense against the Longhorns

Again, the spread is 8. An opportunity for you to cash in if you think it'll be a blowout.

I think someone is still reeling from their team taking a beat down from a real Top 10 team on their home field. Time to focus on some Orlando Magic monkey...

Uhh, no, I am already over it, life moves on

The spread was less than 10 with Tech and they blew them out. I do think our defense is better than Tech's but we have to play in Manhattan. We barely beat them at home last year as it was and you know our team is night and day since then. K State has only gotten better...

K-State dominated takeaways. You can't win that game if you throw that many INT's.

Proof that the SEC is rigged. KSU game goes final and LSU lets Alabama win so an SEC team stays undefeated.

I like to think of A&M as a stealthy little assassin. They can't play well enough to win a conference, but they love ruining their conference's hopes for a national title. Of course, that depends on Oregon, K-State, and/or Notre Dame remaining undefeated. If two of them don't, Bama is in it again, and they may jump to third even if all three are undefeated after the end of the SEC title game.

So West Virginia, the pride of the Big East joins the Big XII and has lost 4 in row, meanwhile, the middle of the pack Aggies go to the SEC and knock off Alabama and are 5-2 in the conference.

I don't think A&M would be the school to get the second BCS bid from the SEC. THey have a few teams ahead of them.

I don't know. Bedlam may be the most interesting game left in Big 12 play, as it always should be. Texas is also rallying and may be 10-15 when K-State plays them.

Very true and I don't see Kansas State losing. I think the Fiesta Bowl would be a great game for Oklahoma. I think KSU will be in the NCG, Collin Klein will win the Heisman with ease and Bill Snyder walks away as Coach of the Year. Snyder is one the best coaches to ever coach at the collegiate level.

You're right, and since nobody in the SEC thought a former Big XII team would contend, they hadn't yet explained all the rules!

Thanks Aggies? With A&M joining the SEC, the quality of football in both conferences has increased...

West Virginia can't buy a win from a burning couch (something I heard they do when they win)...

They're lucky they even beat Baylor. If they beat OU then the world is truly upside down. OU is playing some of their best ball right now. As for my boys, I don't see us getting a victory in Norman. I predicted we'd win 7 or 8 game this year. I'm on track.

Well KSU is done. OU is not in a good place right now.

The Big XII needs to hire the guy that does the scheduling for the SEC. While KSU is going to lose a conference game on prime time TV who did the SEC play today - without a single game being in prime time?

Western Carolina
Jacksonville St
Wofford
Georgia Southern
Alabama A&M
Sam Houston St
Syracuse
Samford

The SEC only had 2 conference games today and they only have 4 next week. So in the last 2 weeks of the season the SEC has a grand total of 6 conference games. By losing their games early all the SEC has to do is sit back and beat nobodies and wait for the other confernces to knock each other off in prime time. $10 says the SEC ends up with 2 teams in BCS game, and if there was a 4 team playoff they would have all 4.

Since most SEC teams don't play much of an out of conference schedule CBS wants some decent conference games to show early in the year, you get the cupcakes for desert.

Agree...the comment was a bit on the drama queen side. Worst in the Bob Stoops era? Yeah...drama queen. LOL :)

It definitely showed the defense needs a lot of help still. However, the offense was also firing pretty well today.

Jerry Palm / CBS now have OU projected to go to the Sugar Bowl as an At-Large team vs. LSU.

The 778 yards surrendered by Oklahoma were the most in school history, surpassing the 616 yards allowed in a loss to Baylor last year.

This. Everyone is talking about the Pokes being redhot (and underrated, which I can actually agree with) but OU is going to play their best football of the year. Last year was embarrassing and the Pokes are still a ways out from completely demystifying Owen Field.

Sooners are still stuck with the lamest qb in recent history, and still in line for a BCS bid..despite K-State's episode last weekend..they have a lot to be playing for. Bedlam will definitely be Bedlam this year.

Spartan I can't believe you're one of those gooner fans. LJ is practically one of the best QBs the Sooners have ever had. He's thrown for over 3,000 yards every season he's played and joins the likes of maybe 4 other college quarterbacks who have done just so. As my Pokes head coach would say...you make me wanna puke. Have respect for your team leader...jeesh!

That OSU team was already struggling as Zac Robinson had fallen apart. I don't see that happening again, but I'd love to see it.
