I've noticed a lot of utility work on Britton Rd from Macarthur to Rockwell, does anyone know if this is going to be widened?

I think someone said that it had to do with a water line replacement, not road widening.

I think the water line is being relocated as part of a utility clearance project. Sometime after utility lines are relocated the widening will commence. The widening was part of the 2007 bond package, #4 on the list:
