what is going on here? I remember when there was a proposal to build 14-18 new houses, but it got shot down by a vote. did this come up again for vote and pass?

OKCTalker can provide more details as he has been following this closely, but basically the City of NH rejected previous proposals due to density, i.e. too many houses given the amount of property.
