I don't know if this is the right place to ask this or not, but I am looking for a good mortgage lender. I'm a first time buyer, and I qualify for the VA Home Loan through the Air National Guard. Was just looking for some suggestions.

We had a thread about this somewhat recently...it might be helpful:

Are you going to buy in OKC?

I had BOk for my first mortgage, and the agent I had was extremely patient and helpful. She even pointed me toward some grant money I didn't know about. They did completely miscalculate my escrow, however, causing my house payment to spike nearly $300/month after the first year. I would still use them again, I'd just double-check that they have included everything they needed to in my escrow analysis!

Thanks! I guess I missed that thread, but it was very helpful

I had a few loans in the past with Weokie C.U., for both primary and rental property. I've paid them all off, but had a very good relationship with them for several years, plus very low rates.
