Has anyone heard specific plans for development along the new road connected to SW 89th just EAST of I-44? It extends a good distance to the south (almost like a service road) but eventually and abruptly ends.

Sorry for the duplicate thread. I knew that someone had asked about this at some point in the last few months, but I couldn't find the old thread by what details I could remember. I'm still hoping more specifics will come to light soon.

What about this specific developer? Rick Geren of Domain Properties? Can we expect quality? I know Pete used the word "inexpensive" to describe his previous developments. That never solicits great confidence from me.
