Please, not yet.

I'll post on social media in the next few days then you can share.

Love this!! Did you take lessons on how to take such great shots? Or is it more of 'learn as you go' type of process?

Completely self-taught. Just look at some of my earlier photos and drone shots and you'll see the difference!

A huge part of it is being in the right spot at the right time. I'll often go out several times on the same day or over a period of days to capture the right lighting, timing, etc.

As it's been said "I picture/photo paints a thousand words...." Your photos enable you to speak colorful words by using your talents. Much appreciated!

I love sharing all this and having people be proud of and excited about OKC.

I post some of these on my personal social media where I have a ton of friends in California and across the U.S. None of them can believe these photos are from Oklahoma City.

I really like that 2nd one because in addition to the CBD you can see Paycom Center, The Omni, the convention center, Scissortail Park, Skydance Bridge, Bricktown, Boathouse Row and even the First Americans Museum.

The second pic is my preference of the two. Even the parking garages glow.

Does the newly renovated Crystal Bridge do lighting themes? Seems the entire block Myriad Gardens is especially dark at night.

I like the way the buildings all line up from this angle... You can even see Leadership Square and the Omni:

in a few months, zoom out to the left a little to include citizen tower and this pic angle becomes even more impressive.

That really is the “money shot” angle that shows OKC in the most significant light. I’m trying to determine where the Dream/Boardwalk project will be in this shot. Between Oklahoma Tower and Devon, I suspect?

If you go up to post 854, you can see the U-haul building in relationship to the other towers. Looks like you are spot on.

That is my favorite angle of the skyline. If you ever want to see it in person at ground level, both of the circled parking lots in the below image are pretty good for it.

The top level of the parking garage just west of Saint Anthony was my go-to spot before I had a drone.

Thanks for the heads up, will try that one as well.

The top level of the West Village parking garage on Main Street is pretty good as well for a different angle.

Way back at the beginning of this thread, this was a photo I took from the top of that St. Anthony garage:

Love that. Really shows what a positive effect it'll have on the skyline if/when Devon gets their LED lighting fixed (feeling better about that happening given the testing they did back in June). You can get some really cool sunset effects there now off of the BOK Park Plaza (attaching an admittedly low-quality photo I took last summer, but it's good enough to get the idea).

It would be left of there, in the photo being discussed. More like between FNC and Oklahoma Tower, and even a bit behind FNC in that pic. If you look closely you can see the top of the U-Haul building in that pic.

One of the best views of the skyline got gobbled up by Maywood 1. That view was straight up incredible, and if someone was smart, they'd build a 6+ story building on the flat iron site (we'll see if that whole project ends up happening). I suspect that the views from Convergence will be equally as good.

Last night I was coming home up I-35/I-235 around 11:30. Can I just say that if we could get 10 buildings throughout downtown built to the height of the cranes at The Citizen, downtown would feel HUGE. Would much prefer 10 buildings of that size than 2 40+ story towers (unless those 40+ story towers are coming with new to market Fortune 500 HQs which we could desperately use in the coming decade).

The Oklahoma City I want to see twenty years from now looks like this:

One or two new towers on the Stage Center site to the west, Devon Energy Center to the north, convention center with high rise to the south and residential towers to the east where the Cox Convention Center used to be. Making Myriad Gardens into a miniature Central Park like in NYC.

This shot even today would be amazing, but I think in 10 years a side by side would be so hard to fathom.

we should send these pics to ESPN and TNT to use for OKC Thunder games. The current pics they are using are years old and do not show OKC as vibrant as it actually is (as shown in Pete's pics).

Thanks Pete, these pics make me so proud to reside in OKC. Now if we can get the original towers proposed for The Boardwalk in Bricktown constructed; our skyline will shine without the Legends supertall tower.

I really thought Bricktown would have developed more by now - especially the big lot in front of the Coca Cola Events Center or whatever the hell it is now.

I have wondered how that has stayed vacant this long. Would be a huge deal to get something impressive built right there.
