Any clue what's being constructed next to iron stone bank?

Correction* First Citizens Bank just east of Gailardia Business complex. NW corner of memorial and meridian

The parcel immediately west of the bank is going to be the new HQ for Cobb Engineering (http://www.cobbengr.com/).

However, they have only submitted preliminary permits; no building permit yet so you can't see how big, high, etc.

Given the size of the parcel and surroundings, I would expect a one- to two-story smaller building.
