Just saw a quick promo for this appearance coming up. It'll be interesting to see if any OKC jokes are included.

I don't see the word "tonight" anywhere in this sentence. But nevermind, I'm watching.

Sorry to confuse you. I meant that the promo said tonight not that I said tonight.

It was a very innocuous segment with predictable conversation. The best part was when Fallon asked them about the new Laker hires. The response was "good for them". LOL

And not one joke about OKC.

Yeah and I liked when Kevin said he was glad his medal wasn't chocolate, lol.

I generally like Jimmy Fallon (especially since he left the remains of SNL).
I really like Mr. Durant and Mr. Harden and respect them for their talent.
Unfortunately, Mr. Fallon came across as an overbearing condescending clown . . .
Didn't he?

(the above observation based only upon the personal realtime watching of the programming underdiscussion and actually recording it on dvr so my wife could give me her opinion.)

I didn't really think so. He was poking some fun and making some jokes, but I didn't feel it was anything out of the ordinary. And its not like Durant and Harden were very talkative. Someone's got to fill that space.

I loved watching it. But if I had to be a critic, I would say our boys were being too shy. Made the interview feel slightly labored. IMHO.

yeah . . . when i used to do a little radio show it was sometimes difficult to get a shy guest not to create a lot of dead air.
(i must say that i am a bit . . . uh . . . uhmm . . . sort of astounded to see the phrase "our boys" appear here . . . j/k =)

Its just the wag Jimmy is. He's not poetic like yourself...

They should have had them scheduled for more time..... seems like they were barely on.
