It will be located in the same building as Five Guys on memorial. The old books a million will hold Five Guys, Costa Vida and have room for 2 more businesses.

Looks good I can't wait. I was informed it would be 3-4 months before open.

Really ? Where did you hear this ? Last time I was there it was terrible and I have read negative reviews on UrbanSpoon.

Their website says they have reopened and are ready for business. I haven't eaten there.

I wonder what they changed? I didn't care for their food at all, but I'm not a fan of Mexican food that tastes sweet.

I guess it's not smothered in enough cheese and greasy enough for Okie tastes.

It is and that one of the reasons it sucks. They actually manage to make their nachos too greasy and cheesy.

I guess it's not smothered in enough cheese and greasy enough for Okie tastes. Lol. Funny. I have never ate at one personally, but managed to look online at their website. It appears their concept is fresh. alot of gluten free, lower sodium, higher protein than regular Tex Mex. Maybe because it's healthier, people are not supporting it. After all, many Okies love their canned " free cheese sauce" and sodium laden beans and rice. Not trying to be sarcastic, however the latest health ranking for Oklahoman's are not good.

Maybe Okies don't like Mexican chains. I don't.

The sign on the door says that they are closed right now, but they will re-open in July under new management. Personally I liked their food--they were the closest thing I've seen around here to the Baja-style Mexican food places that you see all over Southern California. It was a nice contrast to the Tex-Mex style that is so prevalent in this part of the country. Of course that may be root of the problem with their business model.

I'm willing to give them a shot, but the photos on their website do not resemble any food I ate while in Baja California.

It's more of a SoCal/BajaCal fusion for the mainstream.

I think its closed for good now. An investor pulled out and the owner can't keep it running anymore.

The one in Tulsa is also closed.

The OKC location has a real estate sign on it now. Obviously closed for good.
So crazy how quickly this place came and went. They must have spent a TON of money on that build out!

When I spoke with the out of state representation for that center their price expectations were really high for that converted Just for Feet. Like $28 per SF not including NNN fees.

Yeah it's definitely out, the signage has been ripped off the building for awhile now, as well as the For Lease signs in the windows. Businesses that are open don't do this. LOL

I went by there one day last fall. It was "temporarily" closed and there were workers inside the building. They said "we will be back open in a few days." Went by there a few days ago. Obviously a dead venture at this point.

I had eaten there once while it was open. It was "okay" but not different enough to make it rise above the fact that Qdoba and FreeBird are also in this same area. And I felt like the prices were a little extreme. I got two street tacos and a drink and it was over $11. Not special enough to make it worth that.
