Hello. My friend's birthday is coming soon and I want to have a surprise party for her. I want to invite some of her friends (they drink beer a lot) and her brothers (under 16 years old).

So are there any places like once I pay for alcohol, they can drink alcohol as much as they want? Because I don't know how much they drink and I have a budget I can afford. Since her brothers are young, I prefer the place where people can have alcohol and also young people can come in.

Or are there any places where I can bring foods and drinks and have our own party?

I have never been to bars or party places so I don't know anything... Thank you for your help :)

Bricktown is always a win win situation. If you call them ahead of time, Bricktown Brewery can set you up with a plan like you want. Also Tapwerks is pretty good about worknig with groups like that. I suggest Bricktown Brewery, just because it's a good Oklahoma tradition, and probably the easiest to work with on situations like you describe.
