The large mid-century annex directly north of this building is about to get $4 million in TIF funds:


On January 2, 2013 the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County formally requested $4,000,000 in Increment No. 8 funds to support their Annex Building Renovation Project which will consist of asbestos removal, replacement of HVAC control systems, upgrade electrical, lighting and plumbing along with supporting a new space utilization in core public areas.

That's good. The annex could use some upgrades.
