I had previously posted that Devon just pulled a building permit to build out the 3rd floor of this building for their own use:

They are also leasing space on the 2nd, 5th and 10th floors. This in addition to taking multiple floors in Corporate Tower.


Also, the VA has already moved to the Federal Courthouse. ATF is supposed to move later this year and the IRS -- who leases more than half this building -- is still without a long-term lease and is likely to leave as soon as they can find a suitable new home.

IIRC, the folks that built this building were owners of the Harris Meat Packing company.
