This building just sold to an LLC headed by Mark Beffort for $2.975 million.

Beffort and partners already own Leadership Square, City Place, Oklahoma Tower, Corporate Tower, the former IRS Building, the City Center East Garage and The Tower (near Penn Square), among other properties.

I've always thought this building needs to be converted to residential. Doesn't seem likely with these buyers though.
