My office three buildings ago did when I worked in the Oklahoma Tower.

$1.5 million building permit to turn almost the entire second floor (16,600 sq. ft.) of Corporate Tower into a medical clinic and office.

Not sure what this about other than there have been rumors about Devon building a medical clinic on the Preftakes block. Perhaps they decided to go this route instead, or at least as a shorter term solution.

Devon did have pretty much most of the second floor in this tower leased out previously.

Very interesting that Devon still leases and spends a bunch of money on space outside their tower.

I wonder how much they are still leasing around downtown?

hm, the tower was too short then. And/or maybe they should have built the Garden Wing higher as originally planned. ....
