The economics for it probably aren't there, but one of the levels of that would make for a restaurant with a lovely view. Though I suppose it would be better if we had a similar setup facing Myriad or Scissortail.

There is restaurant space on the southeast corner which would include the big patio just outside.

At one time, A Good Egg group had signed up to operate there but after all the delays and change in ownership, that fell through.

The current owner (Echo Energy) has been trying to find someone to operate that space to no avail.
